The integrations that power your Taros setup
Taros connects to the tools you already use. Here's a look at our current integrations and how they work together.
Taros isn't just a standalone chatbot. It plugs into the platforms your business already runs on. Here's what's available today.
Shopify
Our native Shopify integration installs with a few clicks. Once connected, Taros automatically adds the chat widget to your storefront – no code required.
The integration uses OAuth for secure authentication and handles script tag installation automatically. Your AI assistant gets access to the context it needs to help customers with product questions, order inquiries, and more.
If you're running a Shopify store and want AI-powered support without touching code, this is the fastest way to get started.
WordPress
For WordPress sites, we have a dedicated plugin that connects your site to Taros. Install the plugin from your WordPress admin, connect your Taros account, and the widget appears on your site.
The plugin handles all the embed code and configuration so you can manage everything from the Taros dashboard without editing theme files.
Email routing
When your AI assistant captures leads through interaction flows, those submissions can be sent straight to your inbox. Configure an email address and choose whether you want instant notifications or a daily digest.
This is especially useful for lead qualification flows – set up a multi-step form, capture contact details and intent, and get the results delivered to your team automatically.
Stripe
Stripe powers all billing and subscription management in Taros. When you sign up for a plan or upgrade, Stripe handles the checkout, invoicing, and payment processing.
This means secure payments, automatic tax calculation, and easy subscription management – all handled behind the scenes.
Webhooks (Pro+)
For teams that need real-time data flowing between Taros and other tools, webhooks are available on Pro plans and above.
Fire webhooks when a conversation flow completes, a specific step is reached, or a particular branch is taken. Each webhook call is logged with full audit history so you can debug and monitor your automations.
Webhooks open up integrations with virtually any tool that accepts HTTP requests – CRMs, helpdesks, Slack, custom dashboards, or internal APIs.
